Don’t get me wrong interns are wonderful to have and many times they are an integral part of growing any business but there are some marketing efforts that they just shouldn’t be fully in charge of. SEO is one of those things they should not be 100% in charge of executing. Search engine optimization is a craft that requires experience and knowledge to execute properly. I think it is perfectly okay to have an intern handle certain elements of SEO like conducting research, blog commenting and even social media (yes social media is part of SEO).
