With a major chunk of the population using Live Videos, it’s quite obvious that the brand is reinventing itself by using the latest technology.

I think number two ” Not defining the brand early on” is a good point, but I would add and expand on it. As part of defining the brand, we need to dedicate time to develop a cohesive message to be applied to a website or whatever the “storefront” happens to be as well as to any and all marketing efforts such as posts on social media, email campaigns and any other customer/audience touchpoint. So, as part of defining the brand early on, we need to define a unifying message that we want to present to the world that says what our business is and what value we can bring to people. Doing so will help to minimize the chances of early brand death.
