We were working with a brand new website/domain which means it had absolutely no previous history in the search engines. The domain was brand new and there were virtually no pieces of content or material linking to this site. We were starting from scratch.
The very first thing we had to do was conduct keyword research and figure out how people were searching for 3D printing services. Once we identified our core list of terms we were going to target per/page we filtered those keywords out through the meta data, existing copy, page tags and various other locations through the site.
We then crafted an editorial calendar filled with blog posts, press releases, articles, infographics and eBooks. This combined with an offpage SEO strategy got the site climbing and moving for various important keywords.
